Itinerary Overview
Day 1 Civitavecchia (Rome)

The "Eternal City", with its 2,700 years of ancient history, is simply incomparable. Its formidable legacy is rooted in a plethora of masterpieces, including The Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, The Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, St. Peter's Basilica and Piazza Novana.

Day 2 At Sea

Day 3 Saranda

Sarande is a resort on the Albanian Riviera, in southern Albania. Sandwiched between the Ionian Sea and hills of olive groves, the town is on a horseshoe-shaped bay, edged by beaches and a promenade. In the center are the archaeological remains of a 5th-century synagogue, later an early Christian basilica. Intricate floor mosaics are still evident. The 16th-century Lëkurësi Castle is on a hilltop above the town.

Arrival : 7:00 AM
Day 4 Katakolon

Katakolon is a charming fishing village on the Ionian Coast that is the gateway to Olympia, the site of the first Olympic games in 776 B.C. Prominent ruins of the Sanctuary include the athletic quadrangles and the Temple of Zeus. The Archaeological Museum contains Archaic, Classical and Roman sculptures, including the famous Niki "Winged Victory."

Arrival : 7:00 AM
Day 5 Valletta, Malta

In 1530 Malta was given to the Knights Hospitallers, who built a Christian stronghold and the capital, Valletta, behind whose fortifications youll find Renaissance splendors that seem to be untouched by time.

Arrival : 12:00 PM
Day 6 Catania Sicily

This plucky city on the Ionian sea is rich in folklore, history and beauty. The backdrop of Mount Etna, or what the locals call The Good Volcano, is a testament of Sicilian resilience. Originally a Greek colony, Catania has been destroyed and rebuilt several times over. Youll find the citys symbol, the elephant, on everything from buildings to souvenirs across town. A wonderful combination of the modern and ancient, Catanias citizens tap into the black lava from Etna to grow rich vineyards for unique wines you can enjoy during your Sicily cruise.

Arrival : 7:00 AM
Day 7 Naples

One of the world's greatest cultural centres is stretched around the Bay of Naples and lies at the foot of Mount Vesuvius in one of the most outstanding scenic settings in the Mediterranean. It hosts extraordinary works of art and architecture in classical Greek and Roman styles.
